At Caftan Marrakech, your satisfaction is our priority. We craft each piece with care and attention, but we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. This policy outlines our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom-made or tailored jellabas and caftans.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

🔄 Exchange Process

If you received the wrong item or size, we will gladly offer an exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact Page with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product
  • A description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the item to the provided address

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Caftan Marrakech is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
